St. Louis circuit attorney who charged couple defending property may lose her law license
Soros-backed prosecutor has allegedly committed multiple violations in multiple cases that could result in Missouri Supreme Court banning her from practicing law

In 2020, St. Louis City saw its highest homicide rate in 50 years.
After little to no action by St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner, state officials passed legislation to allow the state attorney general to take over homicide cases in St. Louis after 90 days if Circuit Attorney Kimberly Gardner hasn’t filed charges or upon request from the “chief law enforcement officer.”
Additionally, Gardner famously charged homeowners Mark and Patricia McCloskey for being armed while defending their home from protesters — ultimately being removed from the case for using it for fundraising. As if those blatant Fascist decisions were not enough, she also drove former Gov. Eric Greitens (R-MO) from office on fraudulent charges that resulted in her being forced off that case as well.
Gardner has been a complete disaster for the City of St. Louis and the State of Missouri. The Soros-funded Circuit attorney rejected several open-and-shut cases due to the fact that she believes local police officers are racists. To emphasize her bias, Gardner released all of the protesters and looters in 2020 after the deadly George Floyd riots in St. Louis.
On Tuesday, the Missouri State Disciplinary Counsel found probable cause that Kim Gardner committed professional misconduct, not only in refusing felony prosecutions but, more importantly, in her fraudulent case against former Gov. Eric Greitens (R-MO) and the equally fake case involving the McCloskeys. As a result, she could lose her law license.
A review of the investigation that brought down Greitens three years ago uncovered evidence that Gardner concealed evidence that could have helped Greitens, according to the head of the office that oversees lawyers' professional conduct alleges.
Missouri's chief disciplinary counsel Alan Pratzel contends in a court document obtained by America’s Conservative Voice (ACV) that there is probable cause to believe that Gardner concealed details about the Greitens investigation from her subordinates. Those allegations stem from a series of notes taken during interviews with witnesses in which she failed to disclose favorable evidence to Greitens’ lawyers, who were present for those depositions.
The disciplinary case was under seal until Tuesday, after Gardner's lawyers had a chance to respond to the allegations.

Gardner’s lawyer, Michael Downey, said in a court filing that Gardner didn’t hide her role in the investigation and that she produced all of the notes that were taken during witness interviews. He called the claims “another attempt by Ms. Gardner’s political enemies — largely from outside St. Louis — to remove Ms. Gardner and thwart the systemic reforms she champions.” Additionally, Gardner’s office said in a statement that she complied with the law during the Greitens investigation.
Despite those claims by Gardner, Pratzel’s investigation reveals that there were literally dozens of pages of notes that were not provided to Greitens’ defense team. Several investigations attempting to uncover illegal wrongdoing by her office in this case are ongoing, with Pratzel stating he is confident his investigation will show that the Circuit Attorney violated multiple ethical standards, as well as prosecutorial standards outlined by the Missouri Supreme Court.
The Court, which presides over Pratzel's office, decides disciplinary cases involving lawyers. No hearing date has been set as yet, but typically that is at least a 30 days process. The court could eventually decide to take no action or punish Gardner with a reprimand, suspension or revocation of her law license.
The McCloskeys live in the same subdivision as former St. Louis Mayor Lyda Krewson. Last summer, armed thugs forced their way into the housing addition, threatening the McCloskeys with assault, rape and murder, They armed themselves to protect their lives and property, an act Gardner claimed was illegal brandishing of weapons — an absurd and ludicrous allegation in light of the threats they faced
Greitens had been governor for a little over a year when he was indicted in February 2018 on what appears now to be a trumped-up charge of felony invasion of privacy. He was accused him of taking a compromising photo of a woman he allegedly engaged with in an extramarital affair, threatening to use it as blackmail if she spoke of the relationship.
Gardner abruptly dismissed the case during jury selection that May when she was faced with having to testify about her involvement in the initial investigation. Gardner, a Democrat funded heavily by Fascist financier George Soros, later brokered Greitens’ resignation in exchange for dropping an unrelated felony computer tampering charge against the Republican governor.

In July 2018, members of Greitens’ defense team filed an ethics complaint alleging that Gardner conspired with her private investigator, William Don Tisaby, to lie in sworn testimony about the investigation, and that she solicited false testimony from him. The complaint also alleged that Gardner failed to turn over evidence to Greitens’ defense team.
Greitens announced in March that he will seek the Republican nomination for U.S. Senate in 2022.
A state website Tuesday published Gardner’s name in relation to a pending disciplinary hearing, that indicates she is the subject of an alleged ethical violation. She will likely face a disciplinary panel to weigh the allegations and make a finding. It’s not known yet the exact nature of the violations, though the Greitens case, as well as Gardner’s refusal to prosecute rioters, thugs and looters during last summer’s riots appear to be the motivating factors
ACV’s request for comment from Kim Gardner’s office went unanswered Tuesday evening and again on both Wednesday and Thursday.
Attorneys representing former Governor Greitens filed complaints against Gardner’s law license alleging Gardner had an ethical obligation to correct the record following a deposition of Tisaby, the private investigator hired by Gardner. She employed Tisaby to conduct interviews with the woman at the center of the invasion of privacy charge against Greitens.
Tisaby has since been charged with six counts of perjury and one count of tampering with evidence, after a special prosecutor found he had lied under oath. Gardner was with Tisaby in those instances and allegations indicated she had a professional responsibility to ensure that Tisaby’s statements were correct. She has claimed she was not representing Tisaby and therefore did not have to do so, which obviously is not what is outlined in Missouri state statutes.
Lawyers admitted Thursday that Kim Gardner could have been charged in a criminal investigation over her conduct case but the statute of limitations passed in March of this year.
