The Fascist Left moves ahead with its plans to pack the U.S. Supreme Court
Biden just appointed a commission last week with instructions to report on possible court-packing options in 180 days; the extremists are not going to wait

House and Senate Democrats plan to introduce legislation Thursday to expand the Supreme Court from the current nine justices to 13, a bill that liberal interests groups have been expecting for some time.
President Joe Biden recently announced a commission to study the expansion of the court, signing an executive order last week creating a 36-member bipartisan panel to report back within six months on increasing the number of justices and potential term limits. Not that the commission is in anyway bipartisan. Of the membership, 28 are moderate to Fascist Left Democrats and the four Republicans are all RINOs who have contributed to Leftist and Liberatarian candidates.
Progressive Democrats claim the bill is necessary to restore the balance of the highest court. If they mean by “balance” tipping the Court to the Left, then their statement is accurate. Otherwise, no so much.
In a statement, Sen. Edward Markey (D-MA) said of the legislation he has co-sponsored with House Judiciary Committee Chair Jerry Nadler (D-NY), "I welcome President Biden's announcement, but after years of Republicans upending precedent, breaking their own rules, and stealing seats on the Supreme Court in order to use it as a political pawn, we need more than a commission to restore integrity to the Court. We need to abolish the filibuster and expand the Supreme Court."
Republicans are already firing back, blasting so-called "court-packing" and calling the bill an overreach.
The partisan battle over the Supreme Court intensified over the past several months. Democrats were frustrated when Republicans refused to even consider former President Barack Obama's pick for the bench during the 2016 election year only to confirm former President Donald Trump's conservative nominee, Justice Amy Coney Barrett, in 2020.
Her confirmation cemented the court's conservative majority, possibly for decades to come. Trump’s actions spurred Fascist Left Democrats to seek ways to overcome that majority now, rather than wait 20 years. This legislation is their response. It will face an uphill battle in Congress — Democrats do not have enough votes to get this passed. It's unclear if the White House is on board with this legislation and the White House press office declined to comment to ACV.
President Franklin D. Roosevelt attempted to pack the court with a proposal in 1937 to appoint “assistant justices” with full voting rights to “help” any justices over age 70 who would not take his retirement offer. (Photo: Keystone Features/Getty Images)
This is not unprecedented. President Franklin D. Roosevelt, consistently frustrated by a conservative court that ruled several of his socialist efforts to recover from the Depression, tried to pack the court.
It was February 1937 that President Franklin Roosevelt announced a plan to expand the Supreme Court to as many as 15 judges. FDR claimed his efforts were to”make it more efficient.” Then as now, critics immediately charged that Roosevelt was trying to “pack” the court and neutralize Supreme Court justices hostile to his New Deal.
The difference is, Democrats know their legislative agenda will not survive a number of reviews by SCOTUS with its current makeup. Roosevelt made no court-packing effort until several pieces of his recovery plan were shot down as unconstitutional. The Fascist Democrats of today are attempting a preemptive strike to preserve their agenda before it is even passed through a narrowly split Congress.
Roosevelt failed in his efforts — in a manner of speaking. Flush from his landslide reelection in 1936, Roosevelt issued his proposal to provide retirement at full pay for all members of the court over 70. If a justice refused to retire, an “assistant” with full voting rights was to be appointed, thus ensuring Roosevelt a liberal majority. Most Republicans and many Democrats in Congress opposed the court-packing plan.
In April, however, before the bill came to a vote in Congress, two conservative Justices joined the liberal members in a narrow majority that upheld as constitutional the National Labor Relations Act and the Social Security Act. The majority opinion acknowledged that the national economy had grown to such a degree that federal regulation and control was now warranted.
Roosevelt’s reorganization plan was thus unnecessary, and in July the Senate struck it down by a vote of 70 to 22. Soon after, Roosevelt had the opportunity to nominate his first Supreme Court justice, and by 1942 all but two of the justices were his appointees. That is an amazing turn-around in just six years and historians have speculated ever since about what behind-the-scenes maneuvering, cajoling and possible outright threats brought it about.
Much the same thing is going on now, only out in the open. Fascist Democrats threatened “political war” and “civil unrest” over the Coney Barrett nomination. They delivered. Now Markey and Nadler have introduced identical bills in the Senate and the House that would add four justices to the Supreme Court, thus assuring the majority they will need to codify their Fascism as federal law.
Their bill strips away any pretense of principle. It is pure unadulterated court packing. It is the same proposal denounced by the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg before she died. Justice Stephen Breyer just last week wanted against the move. He also rejected the characterization of the current Court as “conservative” or ideologically rigid.

One would think he would be immune from the mob as one of the most consistently liberal justices in our history. But Breyer was swiftly denounced by figures like cable news host Mehdi Hasan who called him “naive” and then demanded he retire.
A Fascist group backing court packing called Demand Justice commissioned a billboard truck to drive around the streets of Washington the next day warning “Breyer, retire. Don’t risk your legacy.” Interestingly, Demand Justice once employed White House press secretary Jen Psaki as a communications consultant, and Psaki was on the advisory board of one of its voting projects. If you don’t think this is closely coordinated across the Fascist spectrum in D.C., you need to rethink that.
The Fascist Left is proceeding with this unprecedented seizure of power despite public opinion being solidly against them. A Washington Examiner/YouGov poll found that 47 percent oppose packing the Supreme Court beyond its current nine members, while only 34 percent back the idea. Even among the 60 percent of Democrats who want to expand the nation’s highest court, half prefer it to be ideologically balanced, and fewer desire a liberal majority.
If the Court is expanded, just 11 percent of all voters want its composition to be “overwhelmingly liberal,” compared to 47 percent who would like to see it balanced. Democrats support a balanced court over a liberal majority by 52-38 percent.
The poll also found that the majority of respondents considered the Supreme Court nomination Coney Barrett important to their voting this November, with 58 percent considering it “very important,” while another 21 percent said it was “somewhat important.” This survey was conducted in mid-October among 1,200 registered voters and had a margin of error of plus or minus 3.6 pecentage points.
The bills to be introduced in both chambers today indicate not any popularity for Democrat Fascism, but a desperation that permeates their party. Despite what most media outlets claim today, the election was stolen and the narrow majority they have in Congress now will not survive the 2022 election cycle without these America-haters systemically changing the United States.
The power grab they plan — underming the electorate by bringing in new voters through immigration, codifying one-party rule through federalization of national elections, controlling the Supreme Court by adding radical Fascists on the bench, using H.R. 8 in outlawing guns so a patriotic public cannot respond to their tyrany — is their only hope.
Thursday is the biggest salvo so far in achieving their goals of establishing themselves as the elites in a Fascist police state, formerly known as the United States of America. It must not succeed.
