The Stolen Election: More evidence of the theft comes from an unlikely source
An audit found that information that they are required to save for 22 months under federal law and 25 months under state law had been deleted in Mesa County.

If the cybersecurity audit of Mesa County’s Dominion election system showed that Republicans were involved in large scale fraud and outright theft of the 2020 presidential election, the Fascist media would be howling. The audit does not show that, however.
It shows that Democrats engaged in massive rigging of the election and have acted to cover their tracks against both federal and state law.
Therefore, there will be not any outcry in the media and reporting such as that in this article will be dismissed as “Russian disinformation” like so many other scandals are discredited by the Fascists in the Democrat Party.
That does not mean the theft of the Oval Office by sinister operatives who hate the freedom and democracy of the United States of America and who support Joe Biden did not happen. It simply means they will do whatever they can do to hide the bloodless coup that occurred on November 3, 2020.
Quite possibly, they are emboldened to try again this year and in 2024.
In fact, MyPillow founder and CEO Mike Lindell said Wednesday that the evidence in the audit of Mesa County, Colorado’s election provides him the ammunition he needs to get Dominion Voting Systems ― a key figure in the theft of the 2020 elections ― banned from providing voting machines services in future U.S. elections.
Certainly, it seems unlikely that a moderately sized county in far western Colorado could deliver the kind of blockbuster confirmation of election theft that has been dismissed by even many conservative Republicans over the last 17 months. But that is precisely what has happened.
Mesa County is on the Colorado border with Utah. The county seat is Grand Junction. Tina Peters was the County Clerk of Mesa County, in charge of the county’s elections, following voting in 2020.
After hundreds of citizens brought her their experiences of significant election irregularities, she became deeply concerned about the security of the 2020 election. Her pursuit of answers has been met with powerful resistance — and Democrat-controlled federal, state and local governments have come after her hard.
Tina is the epitome of the American patriot. She is a cancer survivor and a Gold Star mom. Her 27-year-old son was a brave Navy SEAL for nine years, serving many tours in Iraq and Afghanistan before his tragic death in 2017. An accomplished businesswoman, Peters decided to run for County Clerk in 2017 to bring competent, honest, and conservative values to government.
Tina’s first term as Clerk and Recorder for Mesa County was unfortunately short-lived. Her tenure was engulfed in turmoil from the beginning with her taking office from her predecessor, Sheila Reiner, after the November 2020 election.
Months after the transfer of power, it was discovered that Reiner had allegedly retained, for herself and her staff, access to highly secure facilities for election equipment they had no right nor legal standing to have available to them as defeated county clerk staff. Worse, Reiner may have expanded that access to include additional unknown players right before leaving office.

When Tina Peters brought this to Mesa County District Attorney Dan Rubinstein, he told Peters, according to her, that he didn’t have time to investigate the badge access evidence that Tina brought. Following that visit with the District Attorney, Reiner joined a sudden effort to recall Clerk Peters as she continued to gather evidence against Reiner and possible additional election fraud.
Then Secretary of State Jena Griswold got involved, but not in the way one would expect. Rather than seeking to support Peters’ investigation of election fraud, she went after Peters.
In August last year, Griswold authorized the raiding of Peters’ offices and a private residence in Grand Junction in an effort to find evidence to support her claim that Peters had “illegally copied hard drive images” of the Dominion tabulating computers prior to the company coming in to upgrade the software on the system.
Peters has said she believed that Dominion intended to erase election information from those machines from the 2020 election. Griswold denounces that claim as “ridiculous” and, following the beginning of her investigation into Peters, ordered her removal from office and appointed a deputy in her office to oversee future Mesa County elections until a new clerk is elected.
What Griswold and the rest of the Fascist Democrats controlling the state did not know was that Peters had contracted with Cyber Team U.S. to audit the machines prior to Griswold’s sudden ― and likely totally unwarranted ― intervention. Chief Technical Officer Doug Gould, an expert in cybersecurity with more than 40 years of experience in the field, issued his first of three reports in September of last year.
Gould found that information that the county is required to save for 22 months under federal law and 25 months under state law had been deleted in Mesa County.
Statutory requirements establish that voting systems must generate and preserve logfiles of all system functions, as critical to the ability to determine and reproduce the conditions and details of election conduct using these systems. Those logfiles include normal activity, connectivity, file and data access, operator- and automated-processes, as well as errors.
Logfiles are critical to the ability to detect improper operation, including the ability to detect malicious intrusions as well as other improper activities and conditions, and configuration changes that could enable alteration of the actual vote count. All that Peters did in looking into the complaints of irregulatiries was to attempt to officially discharge her statutory obligations.
It is obvious that Reiner was engaged in election fraud. There is no other reason for her to give herself and three former employees of the clerk’s office backdoor access to the Dominion system beyond her tenure. Gould’s audit found the facts and resultant findings support his conclusions that election-related data explicitly required to be preserved have been destroyed in violation of federal and state law.
It was established in Gould’s audit that data from the 2020 election was wiped from the hard drive in direct violation of federal statues that require such information to be persevered for 22 months. Colorado law requires it to be kept for 25 months. It appears, according to Gould, that the information was erased in May 2021, only six months after the presidential election.

The report also concluded that, due to non-compliance with the federal requirements, these voting systems and accompanying vendor-provided, Colorado Secretary of State-approved procedures cannot meet the certification requirements of the State of Colorado, and should not have been certified for use in the state.
In other words, the entire vote count in Colorado could not be attested to nor confirmed by state electors who presented the results from the state to Congress on January 6 of last year. It is highly unlikely that the Dominion systems should have been certified from the 29 other states that use them as well, as proof of manipulation in Mesa County makes all other Dominion systems suspect.
The election was stolen. Period. Even those who endorse the outcome know that.
In Colorado, Griswold went directly against the state constitutional requirements of her office and illegally inserted herself into the operations of a valid local investigation into election fraud. In fact, it is likely that, as other counties in Colorado, she has allowed that fraud to be committed throughout the state.
Yet it is Tina Peters who is out of a duly elected job and a Fascist Democrat in Griswold who is preventing the truth from coming out.
It is Peters who is facing two criminal investigations simply because she wanted to get to the bottom of Dominion’s role in the stolen election of 2020. It is Peters who is facing a ruined reputation, a ruined life, a ruined political career for no other reason that she is an honest public official who wanted to expose the corruption of the Fascist Left.
There were other factors involved in the theft of the election as well. Rejection rates of absentee ballots ― those ballots set aside for disposal because of incorrect signatures or other errors that spoiled those ballots ― dropped from 1.5 percent on the national average to less than a half a percentage point between 2016 and 2020.
But the Dominion machines played the largest role. It is becoming more and more obvious that those machines were programmed to steal the election.
And no one cares.
There is no outcry for a thorough investigation into what happened on November 3 and the early morning of November 4, 2020. Nine states simply stopped counting votes about 10:30 EST on the 3rd with Donald Trump in the lead in all nine states. The next morning, suddenly Joe Biden had overcome massive deficits in those nine states to take the lead, and the election.
No one seems to realize that is impossible, short of fraud. And again, no one cares.
Only such honest election officials such as Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters. She is committed to transparency and honest elections. Those who are against her are afraid that Tina’s pursuit of good government and transparency could expose some ugly truths, both in Mesa County and nationwide.
Colorado’s Secretary of State even has gone so far as to try to outlaw election audits. Tina’s loyalty, and that of many other officials like her around the country, is to the citizens of her county, many of whom are demanding answers.
As should be all of us.
